Lets say in case of an issue with a theme or plugin regarding the best resolution applicatble, guidance is provided on how to fix the problem. We will provide hands on assistance regarding any confusion about any feature on your site. Easy fixes will be voluntarily provided for by us, but we will provide additional hours quotation in case if it is not an easy fix.(Charges will be additional, if they are excluded from your existing plan)

I do not have a WordPress site, how can I sign up?

Presently we are serving wordpress based websites only. Once you join the WordPress framework, be sure you knock us as it will be our pleasure to help you out.

Do you offer site migration services?

Migration services is an easy element for us. Just contact us in case if you need site migration along with our additional services and also for supplementary information assistance in exchange for a one time charge.

Is the hosting location a matter for consideration?

We have associations with majority of the hosting service providers. In case of any complications we will ensure service through them by working directly with your host.

Is hosting services provided by Allapsmedia?

WordPress hosting is not provided along with the maintenance package by Allapsmedia, but the hosting service can be purchased from here. Apart from that, support, backups, security, maintenance services are provided for your WordPress site.

Can I use Paypal for payment?

Paypal is accepted by us alongside conventional credit cards such as American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover as Paypal payment mediums.
